Terms of Service

1. What we sell

We sell digital templates — structured Notion workspaces you duplicate into your own Notion account. We do not sell software as a service. There is no application to log into, no account to maintain with us, and nothing that renews.

Each product page states the price, what is included, and what the product does not do. That page is the description these terms refer to.

2. Purchase and payment

• All products are one-time purchases at the price shown before checkout. No subscription is created and no recurring charge is made.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Any tax required in your jurisdiction is shown at checkout.
• Your purchase is complete when Stripe confirms payment and we release your template link.

3. Delivery

Delivery is immediate and digital. Once payment is confirmed, your confirmation page shows a link to your copy of the template. You duplicate it into your own Notion workspace from there. We do not post anything physical.

If delivery fails, contact support@vibeita.com and we will re-send your link.

4. Licence — what you may and may not do

On purchase you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template for your own business.

You may:

• Use the template to run your own business, with no limit on time.
• Modify it however you like inside your own workspace.
• Share it with employees and contractors working in your business.
• Keep using it indefinitely — we cannot revoke your copy.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template, modified or not.
• Publish it publicly, share the template link outside your business, or list it on a template marketplace.
• Use it as the basis of a competing template product offered to others.
• Remove or obscure attribution where the template contains it.

One purchase covers one business. If you operate several separate businesses and want the template in each, please buy a copy for each.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Third-party services

Our templates run inside Notion, which is operated by Notion Labs, Inc. and is not affiliated with us. Your use of Notion is governed by Notion’s own terms. We are not responsible for Notion’s availability, pricing, feature changes, or for any data you store there. Payment processing is provided by Stripe under Stripe’s terms.

7. No professional advice

Our templates are operational tools. They are not legal, accounting, tax, insurance, or regulatory advice. Any policy text, contract wording, or calculation included is a starting point only. You are responsible for adapting it to the law that applies to you and, where it matters, for having a qualified professional review it.

8. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for backing up your own workspace.
• If you record customer information, you are the data controller for it and must handle it lawfully. Never put customer identity documents in a workspace shared publicly.
• You are responsible for complying with the rental, licensing, insurance and tax rules of your jurisdiction.

9. Warranty and liability

Templates are provided “as is”. We make no warranty that a template will be error-free, will suit a particular purpose, or will continue to work if Notion changes its features.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or connected to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost bookings, or loss of data.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you bought is the version that governs your purchase. Material changes are reflected in the “last updated” date above.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Vibeita is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
