Is this a subscription?
No. Car Rental OS is a one-time $59.99 purchase. There is no recurring charge, no renewal and no plan to cancel.
Is this software I log into?
No. Car Rental OS is a Notion template. After buying, you duplicate it into your own Notion workspace and it runs entirely inside Notion — there is no Vibeita app or dashboard to sign into.
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. Everything works on Notion's free plan. The transaction summary uses a table view specifically so you do not need Notion's paid chart blocks.
How do I receive the template?
Immediately after payment, the confirmation page shows a private link to your copy of the template. Open it and press Duplicate to copy the workspace into your own Notion account.
Can I edit it?
Yes, completely. Once duplicated it is your workspace. Add properties, rename statuses, build new views, delete what you do not need — nothing is locked.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. Share your duplicated workspace with your team using Notion's own sharing and permissions. We do not charge per seat.
Is the data in the screenshots real?
No. Every vehicle, customer, booking and transaction shown is fictional sample data included to demonstrate the structure. You replace it with your own records during setup.
Does it handle online bookings or take customer payments?
No. Car Rental OS is an internal operations system — it records reservations and payments your business takes. It is not a public booking site and does not process customer payments.
Will it work in my country and currency?
Yes. Currency is a plain text setting you replace during setup, and no part of the template assumes a particular jurisdiction. Adapt the policies and contract language to your own local rules.
Can I get a refund?
Because the template is delivered instantly and can be duplicated immediately, sales are final once the template link has been opened. If something is wrong with your delivery, email support and we will make it right — see the refund policy for full details.
Do I get future updates?
Your duplicated copy is a snapshot you own outright and keep forever. Improvements we make to the master template are not pushed into copies that already exist.
