A strong fit if you

Run a small cleaning company and want a repeatable bid process.

  • Quote recurring office-cleaning work in USD
  • Can estimate crew time from a real site visit
  • Want your price tied to your own costs and margin
  • Need editable documents rather than another monthly app
Not the right tool if you need
  • Live market-rate data or automatic competitor pricing
  • Scheduling, invoicing, CRM, payroll or accounting software
  • A guaranteed winning bid, profit result or tax answer
  • A calculator for construction cleanups or changing scopes without adaptation
Compatibility

Excel is recommended. DOCX files require Word or a compatible editor. PDFs are reference copies and are not fillable.

Google Sheets note

You can convert the XLSX in Google Drive, but native Sheets behavior has not been independently verified. Compare all three example tabs with Worked_Examples.pdf after conversion.

Your responsibility

Use your own verified rates, costs, time, tax and legal terms. This pack is an operational aid—not legal, tax or accounting advice.

05 · Questions answered

Know exactly what you are buying.

Is this software or a subscription?+

Neither. It is a one-time download containing an Excel workbook, editable Word documents, matching reference PDFs and a README.

Who is it built for?+

Small US commercial-cleaning businesses pricing recurring office-cleaning work in USD. It is not designed as a market-rate database, accounting system or general janitorial ERP.

Does it tell me the going market rate?+

No. You enter your own crew time, wages, payroll burden, overhead, supplies, equipment, travel, contingency, margin, discount and verified tax assumptions. The examples are fictional teaching cases, not recommended rates.

What software do I need?+

Microsoft Excel is recommended for the XLSX workbook and Microsoft Word or a compatible editor for DOCX files. The PDFs are printable references. Google Sheets conversion is possible, but you should verify the three examples after conversion.

Will it guarantee that I win a bid or make a profit?+

No. It helps organize a cost-based estimate and compare modeled price with modeled cost. Results depend on the accuracy and completeness of your inputs, your actual operations and the terms you negotiate.

Can I use it for client proposals?+

Yes. One purchase licenses the files for your own cleaning business, including proposals you send to your customers. You may not resell, redistribute or turn the source files into a competing product.

How is it delivered?+

After Paddle confirms payment, your private order page provides one ZIP download containing all 10 files. Save the ZIP to your device. Keep your Paddle receipt for support and order recovery.

What if the download does not work?+

Email support@vibeita.com. If access failed and we cannot fix it, the refund policy provides a full refund. Duplicate charges are also refunded.
